She is survived by: her parents, James Rugg and Joy Rugg (Basinger) of Confluence; her grandparents, Don Rugg and Patricia Basinger of Confluence; her siblings, Wesley Rugg and Tashauna Rugg; and her nephew Wyatt Rugg of Confluence.
