He is survived by: his son Richard; his brothers, Edward and David Fazenbaker; his wife Vickie Fazenbaker (Murphy); his daughters, Chrystal Peck (John) and Lisa Briskey; his grandchildren, Trevor, Justin Peck, Christiana Fazenbaker, Dylan, Meyers and Blake Passarelli; his siblings, Sarah Shipley (Star Junction) and Kenneth Fazenbaker; and his close friends, Bill and Darlene Ohler.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Humbert Funeral Home (704 Logan Pl, Confluence, PA 15424). Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
