He was predeceased by : his brother Lester. He is survived by : his parents, Sidney McClintock and Betty McClintock (Younkin) of Confluence; his children, Kaitlyn Rugg (Ricky) and Ricky McClintock of Confluence; his stepson Robert Lager (Makenna); his grandchildren, Araina, Kashton Rugg, Aubree, Presley and Maci Lager; his nephew Lester McClintock; and his son Fay Co. He is also survived by 3 great nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Humbert Funeral Home (704 Logan Pl, Confluence, PA 15424). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
