He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd E. Durstine and Audrey L. Durstine (Lanning); and his half-sister Kay Pletcher. He is survived by: his wife Alleen D. (Frazee); his daughter Shannon Miller; his stepdaughter Amy Feathers (Robert); his grandchildren, Mason, Malachi and Merrick Miller; his siblings, Billy B, Eunice Sue Ream (Bill) of Confluence and Lywanna Lynn Burnworth (Donald) of Confluence; and his half-siblings, Edward Eutsey, John Eutsey (Charlene), Margie Dumbauld of Fayette County and Ivy Christman of Fayette County.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choice.
