He was predeceased by: his sister Norma Jean Hostetler. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth and Butch; his grandson Rob; his brother Tom; his wife Irene (Burnworth); his sons, John (Marcia) of Bruceton Mills, WV, Dave (Tonya) and Terry (Diane); his daughters-in-law, Linda Hostetler and Kris Hostetler; and his brothers, Jack (Bernice) and Warren Lee (Cheryl) of Sneads Ferry, NC. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Johnson Chapel Church Community Outreach Fund.
