He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Winner and Ethel Mae Winner (Enterline). He is survived by: his wife Mary DiGregorio; his children, Nick Winner of Meadville, Jason Winner of Cochranton, Thomas Emmett (Celia) of Seattle, WA, Jean-Luc Winner (Michelle) of Madison, WI and Amy Rice (James) of Cincinnati, OH; and his brothers, Doug Winner (Lynn) of Fredonia and Todd Winner (Deanna) of Mercer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
