He is survived by: his children, Raymond John Mitro (Jacqueline) of Hilton and Renee Beth Dye (Daniel) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Sarah Beth Dye-Washington (Chaz), John Daniel Dye and Brittany Mitro-Dobson (Liam); his great grandchild Eloise Mitro-Dobson; and his sisters, Helen Mae Adams (late Jack) of McMinnville, TN and Geraldine Corbett (late Jim) of Elizabeth.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. J. Bekavac Funeral Home (555 N 5th St, Clairton, PA 15025). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clare of Assisi Church (460 Reed St, Clairton, PA 15025). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clare Cemetery.
