With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Biemer of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Biemer and Ida Mosbacher Biemer; and his brother Gordon Biemer. He is survived by : his wife Helen Remigio; his children, Jon Biemer (Willow) of Truth, Andrea Collins (Jeff) of Bay Village, OH and Philip Biemer of Conneaut Lake; his grandchildren, William Lightning (Stacey), Ryan Horne and Sean Horne; his great grandchildren, Adwin and Michael; and his sister Jeanne Plementosh of Meadville.
