Terry D. Payne Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale T. Payne and Jean M. Payne (Sedler); his grandson Richard Brandt; his siblings, Thomas Payne, Linda Cottrell and Marcia Payne; and his pet Tigress.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pauline Cottrell; his daughters, Stephanie Payne of Arcadia, FL, Jolene Rossey (Norman) of Meadville and Burlene McCune of Meadville, PA; his grandchildren, Destiny Mattocks of Erie, PA, Dustin Mattocks and Gavin Locke; and his brother Rick Payne of Arcadia, FL.. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
