She is survived by: her children, Taylor McFadden (Ted Smith) of Connellsville and Brian McFadden of Connellsville; her grandson Sawyer of Connellsville; her brothers, Chuck Hooper (Tammy Hooper) of Yukon and Robert Hooper of Mt. Pleasant; and her nephews, Derek Hooper of Yukon, Dillon Hooper of Connellsville and Robert Hooper of Mt. Pleasant.
