He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mucha and Margaret Wilseck Mucha; and his wife Rosemary T. Mucha. He is survived by: his children, Tony W. Mucha, Jr. of Connellsville, Kimberly Sue Mucha of Scottdale, Deborah Ann Mucha, Brian Leonard of Connellsville and Cathileen Mucha-Leighty of Scottdale; his grandchildren, Michael A. Mucha (Marissa) of Scottdale, Jared Mucha of Michigan, Douglas Leighty (Briana), Zakery Leighty, Hannah of Scottdale, Johnathan Leighty, Ashlyn of Reading, Adam Mucha and Megan of Uniontown; his great grandchild Christian Mucha; his son-in-law Doug Leighty; and his brothers, Walter and Vince Mucha.
