She was predeceased by: her parents, John, Sr. Pittsment and Agnes Kaylor Pittsment; her husband Harold E. "Butch" Kooser, Jr.; her uncle Anthony Pittsment; and her aunt Rose Verbosky.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kooser of Connellsville and Ashlee Carleton (Greg) of Bullskin Twp; her grandchildren, Jayden, Giuliana, Giovanni, Amelia Kooser and Aspen Carleton; and her siblings, Mary Fox (Jay) of Connellsville and John Pittsment, Jr. (Lana) of Morrell.
