It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy D. Dillinger of Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Thomas and Dolorse J. Trimmer Thomas; her son Georgie Dillinger; her brother Troy Thomas; and her pet Patches James Shields.
She is survived by: her fiancé Donald Shields; her daughters, Judy Swope (Daniel) and Lila Burkholder; her grandchildren, Daniel T. Swope and Brya; her great grandchildren, Donna Swope, Brittney Swope, Emily Burkholder, Candy Burkholder and Kris Burkholder Jr.; and her brothers, Kenneth Thomas and Allen Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home (123 S 1st St, Connellsville, PA 15425).
