He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Welsh and Betty Jean Stull Welsh Sr.; and his sister Jeannie Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Fogle Guth Welsh; his children, Becky Stange (Mike), Laurie Rosko (Bill), Tina Fike (Russ) and Jayson Guth (Roxanne); and his siblings, Shaun Welsh, Ed (Kim Welsh) and Jennifer Welsh Ruck.
