He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Grimm and Mildred Goodlock Grimm; and his siblings, Eugene, Edward Grimm and Amelia Grimm.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Baker Grimm; his children, Shawn Grimm of Dunbar and Kelly Grimm Wilson of Connellsville; his granddaughters, Ally and Arley Wilson; and his sister-in-law Lynne Grimm of Pittsburgh.
