He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phillips and Inez Jane Phillips (Butler). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Phillips (George); his daughters, Bobbi Jo Darnell of Dunbar and Kelli Renee Kubicek (Jimi) of Greensburg; his granddaughter Alaina Jo Darnell; his pets, Brandi, Abbey, Mason, Xina and Mulley; his siblings, Fred Phillips (Kathy) of Smithton, Bonnie and Betty Phillips of Bridgeport; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy (Jim Hall) and Stephen Fred George (Terry) of Tarrs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
