He is survived by: his father Anthony Cavalier (Tony); his sons, Billy and Anthony; his wife Terri; his siblings, Gene (Staci), Denise (Grant), Pamela (Steve) and Judy (Doug); and his granddaughter Everleigh Cavalier. He is also survived by his family and friends.
