Gregory T. Childs Obituary

Gregory T. Childs, 57. Of Connellsville passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023. He was born December 30, 1965 in Connellsville, a son of the late Charles R. and Beverly J. (Harvey) Childs. Greg was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and wrestling fan. Greg is survived by a son Dale Childs and wife Rica of Point Marion, sister Denise Peterson and husband Rich of Philadelphia, niece Taylor Wimer and husband Brad of Fayetteville, AR., nephew Alex Peterson of Philadelphia, great-niece Kinley Wimer, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends will be received in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME LLC 123 S. 1st St. West Side, Connellsville (724) 628-9033 on Monday from 5-7PM followed by a Prayer Service at 7PM with Fr. Paul Lisik officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, Greg's family asks donations to be made to: American Diabetes Association PO Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
