Shultz (Sue) of Bullskin Twp, Kevin Shultz (Debbie) of Bullskin Twp, Brenda Mathews (Mark) of Bullskin Twp, Tracie Shultz of Bullskin Twp and Marla Henry of Bullskin Twp; his grandchildren, Neil Shultz, Heather Dippold (Mike), Kristi Shultz, Michael Shultz (Darlene), Jarrod Shultz, Matthew Shultz (Jennilee), Derek Mathews (Jaylee) and Andrew Mathews; and his great grandchildren, Jillian, Kaleb, Kaitlynn, Morgan, Addison, Riley, Curtis, Natasia, Keara, Blake, Teagan, Gwenn, Jordan and Lainey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
