He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joseph A. Sarnelli. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey C. Sarnelli and Kelly Fontana Sarnelli of Acme; his wife Mia E. Shroyer Sarnelli; his son Jack Sarnelli; his brother Rob Sarnelli of Acme; his grandparents, Rose Sarnelli and Betti Fontana; his parents-in-law, Shawn and Brittany Shroyer; his aunt Annette Fontana; his cousin Izzie; his uncle Mike Sarnelli (Gloria); his cousin Mike; and his aunt Lisa Voke (Jerry).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home - Connellsville (111 E Green St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Raymond of the Mountain R. C. Church (164 School House Ln, Donegal, PA 15628).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society in memory of Jeffrey A. Sarnelli.
