He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Ray W. and May Lee Meyer Forquer. He is survived by: his parents, John Clarke Fox, Sr. (JC) and Ann Elizabeth Fox (Kovar); his wife Linda Forquer Fox; his brothers, John Fox II (Mary), Jerry Fox (Toni) and James Fox (Melissa); his siblings-in-law, Michael Forquer (Cathy) and Marybeth Kallen (Steven); his sister Diane Pagac (Bob); and his children, Angelina Baccanti and Lexi Cotton. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
