She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan McCloy and Kathryn McCloy Mauk; her husband Jack Evans; her son Mark Evans; and her brother Terry Mauk.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Evans (Connellsville) of So; her granddaughters, Christian and Amanda Evans; and her siblings, Nancy McCloy (Terry Rabinowitz), Dr. Gary Mauk (Pam) and Jerry Mauk (Vicki). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
