He is survived by: his children, Kevin Slonecker (Peggy) of Connellsville, Kim Slonecker of Connellsville and Sharon Jackson of Farmington; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Angela, Andrew and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Abby and Sarah; his great great grandchild Brixton; and his caregivers, Daisy Leslie, Shawna, Trina, Shanelle, Natalie, Michelle and Dr. Paul Means. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
