He is survived by: his parents, Harold Duane and Della Verina Ridenour Eutsey of Mount Pleasant; his wife MaryAnn Clark Eutsey; his children, Jamie-Jane Clendenin (Justin) of Mount Pleasant and Cody Eutsey (Danielle) of Connellsville; his stepchildren, Angela Holub (Joseph Simms) of Fairmont, WV, Joshua Holub (Lisa) of Smock, Michele Holub (Adam Rager) of New Salem and Phoenix Holub of Brownsville; and his sister Juanita Sue Cowsert (Donald) of Hustontown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
