He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Wayne O'Nell, Sr.; and his stepson Adrian Adams. He is survived by: his mother Gloria O'Nell (Basinger); his daughters, Gina O'Nell of Pittsburgh and Tessa Michele O'Nell of Connellsville; his stepson David Adams of Connellsville; and his sister Debbra Stoner (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paul G. Fink Funeral Home, Inc. (418 Pittsburgh St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
