Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Keefer and Lorraine Ritenour Keefer; his siblings, Timothy and Penelope Keefer; and his pet Ginger.
He is survived by: his daughter Elma Porterfield; and his siblings, Brian Keefer (Crystal), Cindy Robey (Steven), Patsy Silvis (Charlie) and Donald "Bumpers" Keefer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
