He was predeceased by: his brother James Ray Horner, Jr.; his grandparents, Robert, Annette Siple and Glen Horner, Jr.; his cousin Shane Horner; and his uncle Rick Siple.
He is survived by: his parents, James Ray Horner and Melissa Diane Horner (Siple); his stepmother Mary Christine Horner; his siblings, Kyle Andrew Horner of Uniontown and Caitlin Nicole Horner-Garred (Steven) of Uniontown; his stepsisters, Ashley Marie Mullinix (Parker) of California and Madalyn Paige Grzeda of DuBois; his friend Daris Alum; and his grandmother Sharron A. Horner of Skysville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
