Striker Jacobs; his children, Brandon Jacobs (Deanna) of Connellsville and Amanda Jacobs (John Stillwagon) of Connellsville; his grandsons, Eli, Max and Levi Jacobs; and his siblings, Bill Jacobs (Rose Elma) of Connellsville, Elizabeth "Libby" Lesniak (Bob) of Connellsville, Debbie Flynn (Bobby) of Connellsville, Johnny Jacobs (Janice) of Connellsville and Mark Jacobs (Taunya) of Connellsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
