With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Oglevee (Connellsville, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on July 29, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Robert Oglevee and Jane Carney Oglevee. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Oglevee (Gossger); his children, Ryan Oglevee (Katie) and Kate Basinger (Chad); his grandchildren, Connor, Ella, Morgann Basinger, Warren and Jesse Oglevee; and his siblings, Wendy Oglevee-O'Donovan and Kirk Oglevee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home (123 S 1st St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita's Catholic Church (116 S 2nd St, Connellsville, PA 15425).
