He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall (Bartley); his sons, Ronald D. Hall Jr. and Randall E. Hall (Kim); his stepson-in-law Kevin Brougher; his stepdaughter Sue Jaynes (Kenny); his grandson Randall E. Hall Jr. (family: Ashley Dawn Koontz); and his sister Alice Faye Striner. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
