He is survived by: his wife Kelly Shaner Basinger; his mother Carol King Basinger; his children, Hannah Basinger, Cain Basinger, Conner Basinger, Tyler Onusko (Sara), Caitlin Onusko (Brooke), Evan Onusko (Nicole) and Zachary OnuskoHis; his grandchildren, Collyns Onusko, Bexley Onusko, Ivy OnuskoSister and Tina Kosisko (Joe Kosisko); his sibling's children, Hailey Kosisko and Aidan Kosisko; his close friends, Darryl, Jim, Jimmy and Bill; and his uncles, Larry, Brent, Shawn and Scott.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home - Connellsville (111 E Green St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
