He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl "Cheri" Garlick (Doug) of South Connellsville, William G. Kooser (Susan) of Wintersville, GA and Thomas D. Kooser (Teresa) of LaVergne, TN; and his close friend Kurt Sill. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; eleven great nieces and great nephews.
