He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Chamberlain and Bernadette Chamberlain (Gadagno); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Judy Chamberlain (Varsafsky); his children, David (Erin), Steven (Stephanie), Christopher (Tina) and Elizabeth (Robert); his siblings, Richard (Joanne), Michael, Randy, Ronnie and Amy Borling; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Austin, Taylor, Gracie, Gavin, Ellie and Demi; and his great grandchild Carter.
