He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Small. He is survived by: his mother Madelyn Swink Small of Connellsville; his siblings, Julie Morgan (Matthew) of Greenville, PA, Chris Small (Kirsten) of Connellsville and Donald Small (Caroline) of Dunbar; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Morgan, Elijah Small, Jaron Small, Micah Small, Belen Small and Avery Mitchell Small.
