It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Louise Carson of Connellsville, Pennsylvania, born in Dunbar, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward and Elsie Ruth Adams (Penn); her husband Charles William Carson; her daughter Judith; her siblings, June Adams, Virginia Adams Kollar, Gerald Adams and Harry Adams; and her pet SoCo.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Carson (Toni) of Connellsville, Scott Carson (Marsha) of Connellsville and Brian Carson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Pletcher (Richard), Bradley Carson (Shannon), Brandon Carson (Rita) of Yukon and Andrew Shanaberger (Brandi) of Kansas; her great grandchild Autumn Rose Shanaberger; her stepgrandchild Jaylynn; her sister-in-law Goldie Adams; her nieces, Janet and Jane Ann; and her pet Theo.
