She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Ernst Shay and Thomas John Shay, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Kathleen Shay Lawler; her husband David; her daughter Kathleen Russo-Garcia (Juan); her grandsons, Anthony and Joseph; her daughter Cara R. Kennedy (Daniel); and her grandsons, William, James and Theodore.
