He was predeceased by: his significant other Patricia A. Greidus (Travaglini); his parents, Francis Phipps and Ruth Phipps (Shore); his children, Debra Zuccarini and Christopher; and his brother Dane Phipps.
He is survived by: his children, Cindie (Bill Dowd) and Alan (Kristin Greidus); his siblings-in-law, James Travaglini of Pennsburg and Joan (Chuck Cummings); and his grandchildren, Carly, Will, Riley, Cameron, Kirsten, Courtney, Jake and Luke.
