It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Edward Heffernan (Conshohocken, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Byrne of Hightstown, NJ; and his children, Maureen Heffernan, Bridget Wu (Howard), Edward Heffernan (Angela), Mary Beck, Patrick Heffernan (Tina), Timothy Heffernan (Jessica), Joseph Heffernan, Br. Seraphim Mary, Carm, Daniel Heffernan (Melissa), Matthew Heffernan (Annmarie) and Christopher Heffernan (Juliana).

In lieu of flowers, the family request that Masses be offered for the repose of Patrick's soul.
