She is survived by: her children, Dawn Zassick (William) and Shawn Moore; her grandson Dylan Smith; her sister Audrey Truax; her sister-in-law Birdie Dally; and her niece Patricia Cook (Jimmy). She is also survived by nieces and nephew.
