He is survived by: his children, Kathy Coder (Ron) and Richard Kozak Jr. (Betsy); his siblings, Patti Watters (Tom), Bob Kozak (Pat) and Leonard Kozak; and his sisters-in-law, Bong Jae Kozak and Betty Kozak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
