He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Stark and Marie Stark (Mondik); his brother Thomas Sr.; and his sister-in-law Ann Eckman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hilbish; his son Robert "Robby" Stark, Jr.; his sister Carol Rymond (Daniel); his siblings-in-law, Nancy C. Stark, Dennis Eckman, Carlisle and John Hilbish (Barbara); his niece Dr. Allison Yourechko (Chris); and his nephews, Thomas Stark, Jr., Daniel Eckman (Molly) of Seattle, WA, Peter Eckman (Kristin) of Port Orange, FL and Luke Eckman.
