He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G Mack and Grace Mack. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Mack (Patti); his children, Michelle Davis (Thomas), Matthew Davidson (Vanessa), Jonathan Mack, Christopher Mack (Denise) and James Mack; his grandchildren, Jonathon Davis, Madison Kids Alex Davidson (Cade), Katie Davidson, Tucker Mack, Cole Mack, Delaney Mack, Caelan Mack and Saoirse Mack; and his former wives, Linda Riedmiller and Helyn Mack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
