He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Batarick and Sophie Batarick (Wach). He is survived by: his children, Joanne Ruth (Perry) and Daniel; his grandchildren, Christine Hess, Chris, Michael Hess, Jessica, Sara Rachko, Adam, Elizabeth Ruth and Angelo; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Aubrey, Savannah and Ada; his sister Elenor; and his wife Hilda Batarick (Hutter).

Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (5050 St Josephs Rd, Coopersburg, PA 18036). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Calvary Cemetery (5050 St Josephs Rd, Coopersburg, PA 18060).
