She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zapach, and Julia Zapach, Sr. (Hopko); and her husband Michael Kozy. She is survived by: her daughter Donna (Stephen Sadrovitz); her grandsons, Craig (Jennifer) and Brian (Lindsay); and her brother Michael Zapach.
