He was predeceased by: his parents, Burtis Horner and Georgianna Horner (Landers). He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin M. Horner (Nicole) of Coopersburg and Philip E. Horner (Lena) of Shallotte; his siblings, Susan Reinman of Melbourne, Burtis Horner (Marcia) of Long Valley and Georgianna Catlett (Glenn) of Hodgenville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jayson, Brantley and Brooke Horner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A repast was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Good Jakes Restaurant (13 S Main St, Coopersburg, PA 18036).
