She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Fox and Shirely Fox (Rogers); her husband Richard "Dick" B. Boughner; her son-in-law Rob Greenlee; and her sister Donna Shultz.
She is survived by: her daughter Missie Greenlee of Franklin; and her sister Sandra Couch (Clyde) of Cooperstown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
Donation Hill Road, Cooperstown on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm with Curt Brenizer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Betty's memory to Precious Paws Animal Rescue, Po Box 784, Franklin, PA 16323.
