She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Deeter and Martha A. Williams Deeter; her husband Ralph E. Mitchell; her daughter Cindy Stewart; her great grandchild Haven Mitchell; and her siblings, Paul Deeter, Chesley Deeter, Twila Hefferman, Shirley Smalley and Dorothy Neely.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel (Deborah) of Franklin, David (Brenda) of Franklin, Robert (Michelle) of Franklin and Mark (Linda) of Cooperstown; and her son-in-law Dewey Stewart of Franklin. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
