He was predeceased by : his father Fred F. Walters; and his sister Eleanor D. Reichard. He is survived by : his sisters, Faye D. Wadusky (Daniel F.) of Fullerton and Kathleen M. Deegan of Bethlehem; and his nieces and nephews, James Deegan, Diane Micheletti, Robert Reichard, Linda Shroi and Daniel Reichard.
