She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Turk Sr.; her parents, Anna Humanick (Gladish) and John Humanick; and her son-in-law Lester Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Diane Bauder (Robert), RoseAnn Lewis, Donna Lewis (Brad) of Whitehall, Dennis Winston (Rebecca), Paul Jr. Melbourne Fl (Charmaine), Richard (Debbie), Joseph (Dawn) and John Northampton (Rita).

Memorial contributions in her memory may be made directly to St. Peter's R.C.C. in Coplay.
