She is survived by: her boyfriend Dennis Schaff; her children, Christopher Hess (Connie Fritchman) of Slatington, Jane (John Lukacz) of Slatington and Tammy Hess (Michael Newhard) of Danielsville; her grandchildren, Christopher Jr., Amber, Jessica and Addison; her great grandchildren, Julian, Ava, Damion, Christina, Jonathan, Abigail, Christopher III, Lila and Kayla; and her brother Earl "Sonny" Bloss.
